DS ProSolution Operational Overview — How the Services Work

Version: Operational Overview v1.1 (2026-07-16)

What we do for you

DS ProSolution operates your eBay seller account on your behalf as a managed, done-for-you business. In plain terms:

  • When a buyer places an order on your eBay account, we may fulfill that order by purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace through a supplier account you provide, including Amazon, and directing that retailer or marketplace to ship the item directly to your eBay buyer.

  • We handle the day-to-day operation of the account: listings, pricing, order fulfillment, shipment tracking, buyer messages, returns handling, and the bookkeeping/reconciliation that determines profit.

  • Our goal is to keep your account healthy and profitable over time — our compensation is tied to the account's profitability.

What you provide

  • Access to your eBay and Amazon accounts (login and any verification we need to operate them).

  • Funding on the supplier and payment accounts, so orders can actually be purchased and fulfilled.

  • Timely responses to verification prompts and account-health questions.

What this involves — and the risks you accept

  • As of this Overview's Version date, the fulfillment method described above was not allowed under eBay's then-currently published dropshipping policy. That policy status exists separately from whether eBay detects or reviews particular activity. eBay independently decides whether and how to act, and its published examples include removing listings or other content, issuing warnings, restricting activity, or suspending an account. We do not predict, represent, warrant, or control whether or when eBay detects, reviews, classifies, or enforces against activity, and we do not guarantee avoidance of review or enforcement, preservation of account standing, or acceptance by eBay.

  • We operate your live marketplace accounts on your behalf. Because of that, those accounts and the connected services can be limited, restricted, suspended, held, or permanently closed by the platforms or providers at any time. Marketplace account suspension is an inherent risk of this kind of managed operation, and we do not guarantee that any account will survive or stay in good standing.

  • We rely on third-party platforms and providers to operate the accounts and store data. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely immune from a security incident.

  • We do not guarantee profit, revenue, sales, or any particular result.

  • The risks above apply to every account connected to the Services, including the supplier account(s) you provide (such as your Amazon account); a supplier platform may restrict or close such an account, which can affect balances held in it and your other uses of it.

  • If a platform restricts an account, it may also hold, delay, or offset funds in that account under its own policies, sometimes for extended periods.

  • These outcomes can result from how any managed account is operated, from platform policy changes, or from platform decisions we cannot predict or control; you are choosing this operating model with that understanding.

  • We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, licensing, product-compliance, or marketplace-policy advice, and we do not represent that your business, products, accounts, transactions, or this operating method comply with every law or platform term or policy. You are receiving the material description of the operating model and its material risks. Our internal SOPs, tools, workflows, decision rules, and other implementation details remain confidential, but we will not materially change the disclosed operating method or introduce a materially different risk without an updated disclosure and acceptance.

What we hold and protect

  • We hold only what we need to operate and optimize your account, and we keep improving how little we store.

  • We do not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. We only collect tax, banking, or identity documentation if we specifically request it for a confirmed purpose through an approved secure intake method — and we protect it with the same safeguards as everything else.

  • We protect your credentials and data with reasonable safeguards, and we delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed — as described in our Data Protection Agreement.

This Overview is the plain-language operational disclosure referenced in MSA Section 7.8. Your binding terms are the Master Services Agreement, the applicable Service Order Form, and the Data Protection Agreement — if anything here differs from those, the signed agreements control. You separately acknowledge receipt and review of the Overview during initial contracting.
