The DS ProSolution websites, app, dashboard, browser extension, and managed services are operated by RLIM LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as DS ProSolution. The documents below are grouped by what they cover.

Company (applies to everyone)

• Privacy Policy — how we collect, use, and share information across our websites, app, browser extension, and managed services.
• Website Terms of Use — the terms that govern use of our public websites.

Self-serve tool

• Tool Terms of Service — the terms that govern the self-serve web application and dashboard.

Done-for-you / agency

• Agency Client Terms — one review set containing the Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, and Operational Overview. The separate Account Terms presented during checkout contain the applicable Service Order and package economics.

Browser extension

Privacy disclosures for the Free eBay Lister Chrome extension are part of our Privacy Policy — see the "Free eBay Lister (Chrome Extension)" section.

Managed-service clients

If you are a done-for-you / agency client, your managed-service engagement is governed by the Service Agreement, the account and package terms presented in the app, and the acceptance record tied to the action you selected. In the app, “Agency Client Terms” is the short name for the Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, and Operational Overview; “Account Terms” contains the account-specific Service Order. The Website Terms of Use and Tool Terms of Service govern use of our websites, app, and dashboard and do not replace the Service Agreement; for managed-service matters, the Service Agreement controls if there is any conflict.
