Company (applies to everyone)

• Privacy Policy — how we collect, use, and share information across our websites, app, browser extension, and managed services.
• Website Terms of Use — the terms that govern use of our public websites.

Self-serve tool

• Tool Terms of Service — the terms that govern the self-serve web application and dashboard.

Done-for-you / agency

• Agency Terms — a plain-language summary of our managed services. The binding agreement is the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Order Form (SOF) you sign with us.

Browser extension

Privacy disclosures for the Free eBay Lister Chrome extension are part of our Privacy Policy — see the "Free eBay Lister (Chrome Extension)" section.

Managed-service clients

If you are a done-for-you / agency client, your managed-service engagement is governed by the separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Order Form (SOF) you signed with us. The Website Terms of Use and Tool Terms of Service govern use of our websites, app, and dashboard and do not replace the MSA; for managed-service matters, the MSA controls if there is any conflict.
