Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RLIM LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as DS ProSolution ("DS ProSolution," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our websites, web application and dashboard, browser extension, and our done-for-you eBay account-management services (together, the "Services").
Who we are
- Legal entity: RLIM LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, doing business as DS ProSolution.
- Business address: 65 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd, Ste 5, P.O. Box 1008, Lawrenceville, GA 30044, United States.
- Contact: support@dsprosolution.com.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and contact information. Information you provide when you create an account, complete onboarding, or submit our agency application/lead form, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, state or province, country, and the details you share about your business. If you sign managed-service agreements, this includes the full legal name you confirm for use as your app-wide signing identity and the natural-person or entity Client profiles you register, including each Client's legal name, address, jurisdiction, and your signing capacity. Your confirmed signing identity follows your user account across organizations so later agreements identify the same human signer. This also includes records of your acceptance of our agreements — such as the date, time, and method of acceptance and related technical details like IP address and browser information — and the contents of your communications with us, such as support requests.
- Marketplace account access and credentials. For managed-service clients, access to and credentials for the marketplace and related accounts we operate on your behalf — principally eBay and Amazon — including account usernames and registered account emails, account identifiers, passwords, sign-in and OAuth tokens, two-factor authentication secrets, account recovery information, the network-connection credentials we use to maintain secure and consistent access to those accounts, and account access-status information.
- Payment and financial information. Information needed to process payments and fund order fulfillment, including billing contact details, payment-card last four digits and expiration date, customer, invoice, and payment-status records handled through our payment processor (Stripe), and references to payout instruments. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes on our own servers.
- Business, tax, and banking documentation. Documents you provide for bookkeeping, fulfillment, and account-management purposes, which may include tax and banking information.
- Order, buyer, and fulfillment data. Order numbers, item details, quantities, prices, fees, taxes, refunds, returns, disputes, chargebacks, shipping and tracking details, and transaction dates from your marketplace accounts, together with buyer and recipient information from those accounts — such as buyer usernames, recipient names, shipping addresses, and phone numbers where available — marketplace message contents, account-health information, and the underlying raw data we receive from marketplace systems.
- Payout, bookkeeping, and financial-performance data. For managed accounts, payout amounts, fees, taxes, funds summaries, costs of goods sold, profit and cash-flow calculations, invoices, recoupments, bonuses, and the reconciliation records we generate while operating and bookkeeping for your accounts.
- Google sign-in profile. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google, including your name, email address, and profile picture, together with your Google account identifier, to create and authenticate your account.
- Usage data and cookies. Information about how you interact with our websites and app, such as device and browser information, device and machine identifiers, log data (including activity, audit, and error logs), and similar information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Legal, compliance, and audit records. Records we keep to administer the Services and meet our obligations, such as records relating to disputes, offboarding, audits, and legal compliance.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To create and authenticate accounts and to secure the Services.
- To operate, administer, and support managed marketplace and related accounts (principally eBay and Amazon) on behalf of clients, including order tracking, synchronization, fulfillment, bookkeeping, reconciliation, account-health monitoring, and offboarding.
- To process payments, billing, and account funding through our payment processor.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our agency application/lead form or support channels.
- To communicate with you about the Services, including service, administrative, and security messages.
- To comply with legal obligations and to document and enforce our agreements — including by keeping records of your acceptance of them — and to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
Service providers and subprocessors
We share information with third-party service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Services. We share information only as needed to provide the Services, and we do not sell your personal information. These providers include:
- Managed-service platforms — third-party platforms and service providers we use to operate and manage marketplace accounts and to process related order, account, credential, and payment information.
- Supabase — database hosting (United States).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Billing and accounting systems — invoicing, receipt, and accounting-support systems used for billing and bookkeeping.
- Vercel — web hosting.
- Other infrastructure and security providers — storage, secrets-management, telemetry, logging, monitoring, backup, and security providers that support the Services.
- Google — authentication (Google sign-in).
- Communications and support systems — email, notification, and customer-support tools we use to communicate with you.
- eBay and Amazon — the principal marketplaces on which accounts are operated on a client's behalf, together with other platforms connected to those accounts or used to provide the Services, such as supplier, shipping, payment and payout, and banking or card platforms.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, security, compliance, and technical advisers, where needed for the Services, disputes, investigations, audits, or legal compliance.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or sale of assets.
Google Sign-In and Google user data
We offer Google Sign-In as a way to create and access your DS ProSolution account. This section describes how we handle the Google user data we receive through it, consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- Data we access. When you choose "Continue with Google," we access your Google Account's basic profile information — your name, email address, and profile picture — together with your Google account identifier, using the standard OpenID Connect scopes (openid, email, and profile). We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.
- How we use it. We use this information solely to create your account, sign you in, identify you within the application, and communicate with you about your account and the Services. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- How we share it. We do not share Google user data with third parties except with the service providers that operate our platform on our behalf — principally Supabase, our authentication and database provider — and only as needed to provide the Services. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for any other purpose.
- How we store and protect it. Google user data is stored in our Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database in the United States, transmitted over encrypted (TLS) connections, and protected by access controls that restrict it to authorized personnel.
- Retention and deletion. We retain your Google account information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@dsprosolution.com, and we will delete it, except for records we are required to retain to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data storage and security
Order and marketplace data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database located in the United States. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, and access is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services — including offboarding and the resolution of open transactions, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes — to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, audit, and regulatory obligations, to maintain security and backups, and to enforce our agreements. Agreement copies, acceptance evidence, and the signer and Client identity snapshots attached to them may be retained after the operational account data is deleted when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or meet recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, California residents), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information we hold about you, and to make certain other requests regarding your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@dsprosolution.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
International users (outside the United States)
Our service providers and infrastructure are located in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., the information described in "Information we collect" is transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States by the providers listed in "Service providers and subprocessors" and may be subject to U.S. law. The United States may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
UK and EEA users (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we process your personal information on these legal bases: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services; your consent, where applicable; and compliance with our legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Where we transfer your information to the U.S., we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) where required. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Canada users (PIPEDA)
If you are in Canada, you have the right to access and request correction of the personal information we hold about you. Your information is processed in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. authorities under applicable law. You may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) with concerns about how your information is handled.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@dsprosolution.com.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure our websites and app, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function.
Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Retired DS-Pro Automation Hub
The DS-Pro Automation Hub Chrome extension and its desktop companion ceased operation on July 21, 2026. They are no longer distributed, no longer receive tasks, and no longer collect or transmit information. Current marketplace order processing uses server-side integrations covered by the general disclosures in this Policy.
Information collected before retirement remains governed by the retention, deletion, security, and individual-rights sections of this Policy. Retirement of the software does not by itself erase records that DS ProSolution must retain for operating, accounting, security, or legal purposes.
Free eBay Lister (Chrome Extension)
The following describes how the Free eBay Lister Chrome extension ("the Lister") collects, uses, and protects information. The Lister is a free, publicly distributed Chrome extension that helps eBay sellers copy an existing eBay listing into a new listing on their own eBay account. It is the only DS ProSolution browser extension currently distributed. It does not track orders and never reads eBay or Amazon order pages.
Information the Lister collects
- Google sign-in information: To activate the Lister you sign in with Google. We receive your verified email address and display name from Google, together with a randomly-generated installation identifier and the extension version. We use these to operate the sign-in gate and to contact you about the Lister and related DS ProSolution products and content.
- Listing data you scrape: When you trigger a scrape on an eBay item page, the Lister reads that listing's public details — title, price, image URLs, description, item specifics, category, and item number. This data is processed locally in your browser to prefill your new listing draft and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Amazon product identifiers: While the side panel is open, Amazon product and search pages show an "Add ASIN" button. If you click it, the Lister captures that product's ASIN (the product identifier) only. It does not read any other content from Amazon pages.
- eBay listing-session headers: While eBay's own listing editor is open, the Lister captures the technical request headers (including your eBay session tokens) that eBay's page sends to eBay's listing-draft service, and reuses them to save and publish your draft with eBay on your behalf. These headers are handled locally and sent only back to eBay — never to our servers.
- Anonymous usage events: The Lister reports a small set of events to our API — install, first run, sign-in completed, and listing started/succeeded/failed with a generic failure reason — together with the extension version. These events do not include your listing content, email address, or installation identifier.
- Error reports: If the Lister encounters an error, a diagnostic report (error message, stack trace, and extension version) is sent to Sentry, our error-reporting provider.
What the Lister does not collect
- No buyer or customer personal information: The Lister does not read buyer names, postal addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers, and it never accesses order pages on any marketplace.
- No credentials, cookies, or browsing data: The Lister does not collect your eBay or Amazon passwords and does not read cookies, browsing history, bookmarks, or downloads.
- No background page monitoring: Content scripts run only on eBay item, pre-list, and listing pages and on Amazon product and search pages, and they extract data only when you trigger a scrape or click the "Add ASIN" button.
How the Lister uses information
- Scraped listing data is used solely to create your new eBay listing and stays on your device.
- Your email address and name are used to operate the extension and to send you information about the Lister and related DS ProSolution products. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
- Usage events and error reports are used to measure adoption and fix problems. Lister data is not used for advertising, analytics profiling, or creditworthiness assessment, and it is never sold.
Lister data storage
- Local storage: Your settings, listing draft, listing history (most recent 50 results), sign-in state, installation identifier, and optional debug log are stored in Chrome extension storage on your device and are removed when you uninstall the extension.
- Server storage: The installation identifier, extension version, your verified email address, and usage events are stored in the DS ProSolution Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database in the United States.
Third-party services used by the Lister
The Lister uses Google for sign-in and Sentry for error reporting. The Learn tab lists tutorial videos: thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers, and clicking a video opens YouTube in a new tab, where YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
