Agency Terms
Last updated: May 28, 2026
These Agency Terms summarize, in plain language, how our done-for-you / managed marketplace services work. They are provided for convenience only and are not the contract. The binding agreement for managed-service clients is the Master Services Agreement (the "MSA") you sign with us, together with each Service Order Form (the "SOF"). If anything on this page conflicts with your signed MSA or SOF, the MSA and SOF control.
The agreement that governs
Your engagement is governed by the MSA and by each per-account SOF. Those are the controlling documents — this page does not replace them, modify them, or add terms to them. You can request a copy of the MSA at any time by emailing support@dsprosolution.com.
Who can be a client
Managed-service clients contract with us as natural persons (individuals). Entities — including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and trusts — are not eligible to sign the MSA. This mirrors the eligibility terms in the MSA itself.
What we do
On your behalf, we manage your eBay and Amazon marketplace accounts, handle order fulfillment, and provide order tracking and bookkeeping. The specific scope of services for your engagement — including which accounts we manage and what we deliver — is described in your SOF.
Third-party platforms and providers
To perform the services, we rely on third-party software platforms and service providers that operate and manage marketplace accounts, and the hosting, payment, and authentication providers described in our Privacy Policy. Some of those providers store and process account data, credentials, and order information. Your use of any such platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy. We use commercially reasonable efforts to engage providers that maintain reasonable security practices.
Account credentials
You authorize us to access and use your marketplace and related account credentials in order to perform the services. We use those credentials only to perform the services.
Payment information
Where possible, you enter payment method information directly into the applicable platform. If you ask us to enter payment information on your behalf, we use it only to complete that setup, and we do not retain full payment card numbers afterward.
Security incidents
If we become aware of a material security incident involving your account credentials or account data — whether that data is held in our own systems or is reported to us by a third-party platform — we will notify you within a reasonable time after becoming aware of it.
Fees
The fees for your engagement are set out in your SOF.
No guarantees; limitation of liability
We make no guarantee of profit, revenue, sales, or the survival or continued standing of any marketplace account. Marketplaces set and enforce their own rules, and actions they take are outside our control. Our liability is limited as set out in your MSA, including the liability cap in MSA Section 7.3.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
